The 100th MWEA Annual Conference will be held at Boyne Mountain Resort in Boyne Mountain, June 15th-18th, 2025.
About The Conference
The conference begins on Sunday, June 15th. If you arrive Saturday or early on Sunday morning, you may want to participate in the Annual Conference Golf Scramble or Canoe/Kayak the Jordan River with the Water For People Paddle with Purpose, both of which take place before the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening on the Skybridge!
The conference continues from Monday through Wednesday with Technical Sessions.
MONDAY after Technical Sessions conclude begins several networking and social opportunities. Join your peers for a complimentary Beer & Wine Tasting and Mixer hosted by the MWEA Water For People committee. Then head over to the Expo Hall - visit with exhibitors, complete your exhibit passport, and have a chance at winning some fantastic prizes! Finally, gather around the bonfire outside the Expo Hall and toast marshmallows for your s'mores.
*NEW for 2025* Technical Sessions have EXPANDED to include a 4th session on Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning, as well as TWO technical sessions on Wednesday morning before the Closing General Session. Additionally, a full hot LUNCH is now included as part of the Closing General Session.

Awards Ceremonies
The 2025 Award Winners will be recognized at ceremonies on Tuesday, June 17th during the conference. MWEA Award Recipients as well Scholarship Recipients will be recognized during Tuesday's luncheon. WEF Award Recipients, as well as the Dan Wolz Clean Water Award for Environmental Excellence will be recognized during Tuesday evening's dinner, along with outgoing Board of Directors awards and the Passing of the Gavel from MWEA's Outgoing President, Mark Earl to MWEA's Incoming President, Majid Khan.
