Note: hotel space is still available for those already registered to attend, the room block expires 12/23/2024 and pricing/availability cannot be guaranteed after that.

Lodging:

The Bavarian Inn Lodge will be taking all reservations directly with a special price for WWAdCon Attendees. If you wish to stay at the hotel for the conference, you must or click HERE to book your room online or call the hotel directly at 855-652-7200 with group code 13R8Y4 to arrange your room for those nights. Your WWAdCon attendee registration does NOT include lodging. The base rate for WWAdCon Attendees Wed - Th is $85 plus the resort fee totaling $115 plus tax if reservation is made by December 23rd, 2024.
