Committee Purpose
The Membership Committee plays a key role in strengthening and growing our association by connecting professionals across Michigan’s water sector.
What we do:
- Welcome and engage new and existing members
- Develop strategies to recruit and retain a strong, diverse membership base
- Promote the value of MWEA membership and member benefits
- Support outreach efforts at conferences, trainings, and regional events
- Identify ways to improve the member experience and strengthen engagement
- Help build a connected professional community where members can network, learn, and grow
