About the conference: The conference begins on Sunday, June 12th with a Welcome Reception. If you arrive Saturday or early on Sunday morning, you may want to participate in the Annual Golf Outing at the Spruce Run Golf Course at Grand Traverse Resort.
The conference continues from Monday through Wednesday with Technical Sessions.
The Annual Expo & Reception will be open Monday afternoon as well as social activities scheduled each day.
Cost to Attend: Your conference registration now includes your meals! The registration cost will vary depending on if you attend the full conference, one-day only, if you are a member or non-member, etc. Click here for pricing information for attendees, speakers & guests.
Hotel Room Reservation: A room block has been reserved at Grand Traverse Resort & Spa with a variety of room options. See the lodging tab for more info. The deadline for reservations in the MWEA Room Block is May 12th, 2022.
Awards Ceremonies:
The Awards Luncheon will be held at 11:30 AM on June 13th, 2022.
The Leadership Celebration Luncheon will be held at 11:45 AM on June 14th, 2022.

We are excited to be able to open up guest registration for Adults & Children to join attendees for meals & receptions. We ask that all guests register in advance.
