HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the exhibitor. The Lansing Radisson Hotel, connected to the Lansing Center by pedway, offers a flat room rate of $143 plus taxes and fees per night for reservations on or before January 17, 2023, or until the room block is full. Due to hotel renovations, room availability at the Radisson may be limited. The Courtyard by Marriott Downtown also has a number of rooms available at $139 plus taxes and fees per night for reservations on or before January 7, 2023. MWEA CANCELATION POLICY
1. Registration Substitutions within the same organization are allowed; however, registration rates will be calculated according to MWEA membership status. Written cancelations received at least 10 days prior to the start of the event will be eligible for a refund less a $75 processing fee. Cancelations received less than 10 days from the start of the event will receive no refund.
2. Under extenuating circumstances, a credit for training may be issued but is only redeemable for MWEA event registrations and must be used within the same calendar year. Credits are granted at the sole discretion of the Executive Director.
3. If you must cancel last minute due to COVID illness or exposure, please inform MWEA Staff to cancel your registration. We will issue a credit or refund if the invoice has already been paid.
